Long-Run Screen Printing Pricelist

What “Long-Run” really means in the decorating industry is choosing between China or USA to silk screen print directly on  your bottles, jars and tubes. Going overseas is tempting due to the fascination of saving money, but with the recent tariff increase it may be better to weigh all the options.
Time:
USA: Printing 25,000-100,000 final pieces in 4 weeks or less is standard. We understand the urgency of each customer and partial orders can be shipped quicker if necessary.

Overseas: The process will take 3-6 months.

Quality:
USA: Screen printing is a craft and the manual artistry is based on the individual running the press. Blue Line Labels has excellent quality silk screen printing to offer.

Overseas: When  ordering overseas you are purchasing the vessel to be molded and printing will be done usually in line with the molding. Quality is typically excellent. Overseas will take longer due to the approval process and communication is critical to avoid mistakes.

Price:
USA: Printing on jars, bottles and caps after the containers have been boxed and protective silicon coatings have been applied to glass make the printing process 10-20% higher.

Overseas: With the additional import tax for overseas purchases, shipping and the time of delivery, overseas can still be a good option if planned correctly.

Blue Line Labels can print your large run screen printing order here in the USA and we do work with select companies in China and Korea. Below is a price list for silk screen printing in the USA and delivery dates of 4 weeks or less after art work approval. Contact Blue Line Labels for additional information at 954-969-9500.

Important things to consider before purchasing your bottles, tubes and jars.
To avoid delays with your printing, send a sample of each container to Blue Line Labels before you make your final purchase so we can test the ink on the plastic to verify virgin material.
